From its position on the hillside, above Villa Gaia Sea, the house commands spectacular views sweeping around from the south to the west, and east over the water to the coast of Albania and the nearby headlands set in a sea of jade green and turquoise.
Villa Gaia Rock features Corfu traditional style combined with contemporary country living. Large living spaces open out to covered terraces and pool, while the master bedroom opens out to a terrace and Mediterranean planting.
The property is on 2 floors, built around a private courtyard with a loggia overlooking an infinity pool and a spectacular round dining area with 180-degree views. The main house comprises the reception/dining area, an elegant room with large, arched balcony doors opening onto the pool area together with three en suite bedrooms.
The modern kitchen, leading onto the covered terrace, has spectacular views south over the pool. All rooms have mosquito netting at doors, wifi, central air conditioning and underfloor heating.
There is boat hire availability nearby and the estate has a floating pontoon in high season to which guests have access for drop off and pick up.
Externally, there is a 10m freshwater infinity pool, a gas BBQ, as well as a table tennis table and garden lounging areas.

Location
The Estate is located in Nissaki, halfway between Corfu Town and Kassiopi, on a hillside running down to the sea, and facing south over Corfu Bay to the Town.
Corfu Airport and Town 45 minutes by car. Kassiopi 30 minutes by car.
There are 3 tavernas near the house - a short walk or minutes by car. 20 minutes in either direction will bring guests to excellent tavernas, and the sophisticated bars and restaurants of Barbati and Agios Stefanos.
The famous 'Afrodite's' supermarket is only a few minutes away at the top of the road.
There are 2 water sports centres in the area.
