From its position on the hillside, the house commands spectacular views sweeping around from the south to the west, and east over the water to the coast of Albania and the nearby headlands set in a sea of jade green and turquoise.
An easy walk through a gently sloping garden planted with swathes of rosemary, olives, kumquats leads to a row of little pebble beaches, with a ladder for entering the water and a small mooring buoy, gives guests direct swimming and boat possibilities - the key to the real Corfu lifestyle!
The pool level houses the reception, kitchen, and dining areas, elegant rooms with large, arched balcony doors opening onto the pool area. The kitchen includes a central island and filtered drinking water. The interior has marble flooring throughout with oak flooring in the living room and master bedroom.
A small gym and a laundry room are situated in the garden level together with the other 3 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms.
Descending through the garden there is another seating area under olive trees, facing west where one can watch the sunset, known as the ouzo terrace. This leads to the beach where there is a further outdoor terrace with a cane-roofed pergola, with stone dining table for 8, a rain shower and changing room/WC, and a small kitchen area with a fridge.

The master bedroom occupies the entire top floor and has views to the south through a window and west through balcony doors and boasts a king-size bed and en suite bathroom, with a wonderful freestanding bath and an outside private patio with shower.

Location
The Estate is located in Nissaki, halfway between Corfu Town and Kassiopi, on a hillside running down to the sea, and facing south over Corfu Bay to the Town.
Corfu Airport and Town 45 minutes by car. Kassiopi 30 minutes by car.
There are 3 tavernas near the house - a short walk or minutes by car. 20 minutes in either direction will bring guests to excellent tavernas, and the sophisticated bars and restaurants of Barbati and Agios Stefanos.
The famous 'Afrodite's' supermarket is only a few minutes away at the top of the road.
There are 2 water sports centres in the area.
